Background
I started POOL Wines with three friends to create fun wine with as minimal intervention as possible.
Idea
POOL Wines has sold out 3 vintages, expanding to working with multiple growers, running our own vineyard projects and releasing new varieties each year. All wine is produced from handpicked fruit, wild fermented with no additives at any stage. POOL works with local artists and designers for label design and photography.
